that you do in this lovely house with a large floor space. a hall with modern toilet and access to a study, bedroom and living room. if desired, the study can become a bathroom, so you have bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. the spacious living room has a sliding door and semi-open kitchen with pantry.

sleeping.
as mentioned, there is a bedroom on the first floor. upstairs you will find two more spacious bedrooms, the largest of which has air conditioning. need more bedrooms? then you could adapt the studio above the workshop. plenty of room for multiple bedrooms.

bathing.
you have a luxurious modern bathroom at your disposal. installed in 2022, so good as new and completely complete.

work or hobby.
how about an attached workshop of almost 70 m2. and everything is there. power, heating, ample access for example cart or trailer. and then the floor above the workshop. accessible from the landing. a wonderful space as a workshop, but suitable for many purposes. office, bedroom, guest house, home care, there are many possibilities. there is even a kitchenette with hot and cold running water.

maintenance.
is not there. almost all the window frames are plastic. the house has been completely painted inside and out, boiler and bathroom are almost new.

enjoy.
that you do here all day. when the weather is nice, outside in the backyard or side yard. there is always a sunny or shady spot. a shower or chilly weather? the porch offers you the solution, here you can enjoy a snack and a drink. and if the weather is a bit worse, you can sit back and relax by the fireplace.

recreation.
warns has no fewer than four marinas, so plenty of room for your boat. you can go directly to the frisian lakes, but you can also reach the ijsselmeer via stavoren. are you more of a forest lover? in a few minutes by car you are in the middle of the forests of gaasterland.
